As part of this process I wanted to make sure that I established a solid wattage baseline prior to beginning the PowerCrank training experience.  Luckily for me the Estacada TT was this past weekend and provided me the perfect opportunity to establish my baseline (and set a new PR along the way).

Key Stats from the weekend:

Weight:  158 lbs

10 Min Power - 362 Watts
20 Min Power - 355 Watts
30 Min Power - 335 Watts

My goals are to gain ~5% during the next 90 days...we'll see what happens.
